I'm Republican and from Tennessee, white.
My best friend is a Democrat who came from Detroit and is black.
He's a baptist and I'm a Catholic.
Make a friend based upon his character and how they treat you and others, not based upon something as dumb as politics.
We'd have discussions all the times about different things, sometimes I'd agree with him and sometimes him with me, and of we didn't agree we changed the topic but with "respect" for each other.
These people simply ooze hate, it's sad really.
