Upon viewing this beautiful piece of art, as a retired Naval officer, one of the things I noticed is that the plane is coming up the elevator with it's wings fully extended. This did not happen. Wings were folded until it reached topside due to accidents and incidents during training exercises which damaged many aircraft. This is not a game changer lol just something I noticed right off the bat.

Three times Death extended his hand to her, and three times she refused. There was still more ships to sink, and she still had a duty to hold the line after watching her sisters die. The ship that fought an empire alone, and fought the world’s greatest navy at the time. She would keep her promise: They will have not died in vain. And though she hadn’t met her end in the battlefield, many men and women would salute her as she’d been laid to rest. Her only response: “Wake me, when you need me”.

Incredible. She deserves all the effort and time being put in to make her the legendary ship that she was

Wow, I love how you guys are also doing the lower deck and the elevators are fully working! Very beautiful model with lots of details. Really looks like you guys are setting the bar high for quality and that's what the Pacific deserves. Incredible work! 👍❤

Awesome modeling and I love that even the nets for catching the aircraft are modeled! Love the ostfront music as well :)

Amazing level of detail. Well done Jason and team. It definitely needs a crew though. With this level of realism, it will look like a ghost ship without a crew.

Probably the closest I'll ever get to actually walking the deck of the Big E.

Really really neat to finally see the inside of a carrier modeled. As stated by others, the wings should be folded, but that's a bit nit-picky

The Hangar has better lighting than the Akagi, but then you see it's almost open air. Only one deck as opposed to three for the Akagi. Looks great, we would be lucky to get one frame (a picture) that detailed in the 80's.
