for the 4th talisman, maybe u can use godskin swaddling cloth, makes successive attacks restore HP

add the Godfrey Icon talisman for even more base damage when charging the weapon skill in addition to the extra spin duration and the successive attacks bonus

4th as Godfrey icon, 15% more damage on the fully charged part of the attack

Since it's a charge-able skill, use the Godfrey Icon or even the axe talisman instead of the scarseal. You can also add the charging cracked tear to stack it all up too...I have pretty high endurance to make up for defense through armor, gotta admit. You need some decent poise to get the full move off successfully so rather than take up a slot and lose damage, I just invest in armor. Besides, the Beast Champion set isn't too heavy, and it's chest piece is damn gorgeous.

It's pretty good for PVP when you mix it up and in my experience I was getting 3, 000 damage on the Eldon beast even with uncharged ashes of war
After I would do like 4, 000 to a charged attack Ash of war and build up the rotten Wing icon
Also it was the build I beat the game with it

You could use the Sacrificial Axe in the off Hand for a little FP recovery that is what i do when i two hand a weapon to have enough FP for the Boss after a bunch of normal enemy

There is a trinket that increase dmg for charged skills and spells, this weapon can charge the skill for more range and dmg so it counts.

All this plus the buff they gave it in patch 1.04.. yea definitely one hell of a weapon.

for the 4th talisman slot i used the twinblade talisman for the consecutive attack makes the final hit even stronger

May also work well with godskin swaddling cloth for Health return on successive attacks

To make this better swap the magic tear for the charge attack one, use commanders standard for damage and defense boost and use bloodboil aromatic. It all stacks

Been using basically this exact setup except arc/dex and powerstancing the regalia of eochaid (they have the same weapon art) and the godfrey icon. Works great for pve and the powerstanced short sword moveset is pretty damaging and quick enough for pvp too! Even changed my name to the Spinpaler for invasions :^)

You can actually roll out of the skill right before that final swing happens, useful for pvp or bosses with higher poise that won’t get staggered by the skill

The magical damage for this weapon is super insignificant. I am not positive as I have not tested it, but maybe the spiked cracked tear would be better as it boosts charged attack damage and you can charge the ash of war. I remember hearing moonlight great sword works with this tear, but its ash of war is activated using the heavy attack, so I don't know for certain if that tear would actually work for the executioner sword even if the attack can be charged.

Tried the sword and didn't like how certain enemies are too short or had odd hit boxes and even not being in the right distance, so the skill completely whiffs or enemies get slightly grazed. Not bad against big enemies but I struggled with same size or smaller enemies.
