When I was a kid was a road like this in the area I lived, it had no security in the sides and everything time one of my family members us to drive it I would be terrified (remember vividly) but they would be so chilled 🥶

Check out Red Mountain Pass in Colorado, it starts in Silverton and end in Oray. Straight drops, very few guardrails and hairpin turns. It is only two lanes, but man is it a beautiful drive

The Atlanterhavsvelen reminds me of the Carquinez bridge in California because I remember when I was little the waves would sometimes be so big that they would get on the actual road and that's reason I loved it, but I think now that they've elevated it and that doesn't happen anymore
