Is the box a 100 card sleeved commander deck? It looks like the right size.

I preffered old foils from 6th/7th edition. Current ones look kinda weird and you can hardly see whats on card. For me this ruins the actual art. I loved when foil was just on the borders and around art image. If anyone think the same thumbs up
