"Dissolve like snow " really bugs me. It's a bad simile. Snow melts, it doesn't dissolve. Salt dissolves in water. Guess the nerdy science teacher in me is hard to control. The nerdy English teacher in me recognizes the alliteration of the 's' they're trying to achieve. There's a massive mental fight in my head every time I hear that line!

Usually it was: Matt, Kirstin, Scott, Mitch and Kevin
Now it is Scott, Kirstin, Matt, Kevin and Mitch

Instead of highlighting their faces. Put three bars under each face: one for lead, one for harmony, and one for background vocals. Then the bars who light up as they switch roles.
