Ingredients:

15-20 Lady Finger Cookies
1 Can full-fat Coconut Milk
6 Egg Yolks
1 1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1 TBLS Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
2 Cups Vietnamese Espresso
1/2 Cup Kahlua Coffee Liquer or Sweetened Rum
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder (optional)
1/4 Cup Toasted Coconut (optional)

Orange 🍊 or Raspberry liquor into the whipping cream is a great adult, for those who are allowed alcohol, variation.
I like orange 🍊occasionally
Top the orange liqueur whip cream with
Micro placed orange zest and extra dark chocolate 🤗
The shredded coconut sounds great since it has the coconut milk

I wonder how making this desert with the iced coffee (cream and sweetener OF COURSE!) would turn out!?
