Carter Sharer and Team RAR always step up to a challenge, and today's no different because we're trying to build the best boat on a budget!! We have @LizzyCapri, Hoverboard @HunterKowald, Andrew Bergh and of course Carder Sharer all competing to build the bet boat. But there's a catch: we each received a random budget from $1 to $10,000!! The first challenge is to make it float. What would you build your boat out of?? Comment below!!
