Caught In The Act, se estableció por el productor holandés Cees van Leeuwen en 1993 con los cuatro miembros originales del grupo, llamado Lee Baxter y Benjamin Boyce de Inglaterra junto con Eloy de Jong y Bastiaan Ragas de los Países Bajos (Holanda).
