How to Turn 'Talk Back' (Screen Reader) OFF: Alcatel Joy Tab 2

I show you how to turn off the talk back feature (aka voice reader, voice assistance, audio guidance, audio guide, screen reader, text reader, voice guidance, Voiceover, NOT text to speech) on an Alcatel Joy Tab 2 (Metro / T-Mobile). Hope this helps.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!! Oh my head! I was getting super annoyed with my step daughters tablet! The most frustrating part was trying to even get her tablet unlocked! I didn't know about the double tapping, and after that I was able to get to settings to get it shut off! Thank you, thank you thank you!!
