These men were kidnapped, tortured and experimented on by the CIA. James E. Mitchell and Bruce Jessen, the two psychologists who created the U.S. torture program, are being sued by the ACLU on behalf of the victims. This is the first time anyone involved in the CIA torture program will have to answer for their actions in a federal courtroom.

You guys imagine being locked up and tortured like that, probably hoping or even trying to die. just to end the terror you a dragged into! Now imagine surviving it and get released! what would you do? I just cant imagine anything other than having revenge! You already looked death in the eyes, how much more prepared to die can one be? some might call it freedom fighters, others for sure would call them terrorists! one way or another, when your dead, your story will never be told!

And that is just the torture done during the War on Terror era. Don't forget during the Cold War era when Latin America were engulfed by military juntas that did the same thing for the sake of fighting communism.

One day there will be justice for all who were tortured by these evil people. The Phoenix Program in Vietnam tortured over 80, 000 civilians. Someday there will be justice. Someday.

first of all they didn't torture 119 people the real number of people tortured was most likely closer to 5 and they had to go through a long process to do those kinds of things and when they did do it. it was only for about three to five days. why because after that they would have gotten some actionable intelligence from the detainee.
