My granddaughter called me and said the rubber came off the windshield wiper and it was metal upon the glass. There was an auto supply nearby I told her to go there and have them put one on. There was only one woman working there as she said she could not leave the store to give my granddaughter help. So I found your video sent it to her by text and she was able to install it herself. Thanks. The man in Halfords suggested to just be careful when the blade is off, not to let the arm flip down and damage the glass. I put an old towel down just in case.
