What do you do when you have been off on medical leave and now that you are asking for accommodation (reduced hours for gradual return) your employer and their leave management company is asking for, diagnosis, medication, treatment plans, future medication etc and not accepting Doctors notes and medical summaries to allow accommodation. Basically employer is saying give us the information we are asking for or there is nothing they can do because they just following their policies.

What rights are being broken when your employer puts a fraudulent productiveness system in to try and get rid of higher payed employees!?They admittedly say the system is not correct but still uses the system ?!
