You should also know how much money govt is providing to the workers for the meal.the price given to the workers is quite less than the actual market price of the eggs and other stuffs

This is being performed in many places. Two reasons
1. Due to theft by workers or teachers
2. Some times eggs are supplied late from provider. Then the school staff bring eggs from another school for pictures cause the app wont take without a pic. And tgey return eggs. teachers cant ask the supplier about the issue. Even higher staff suggest this suggestion.
Point to note. Every parent cares eggs of their childern everyday... even if some days not provided ... they will take all the earlier eggs on the day the eggs supplied...
