Dude. Truly Med was WAYYYY better backnin the day when Wahleed owned it. Everything was made fresh every single day. I worked there in the late 90’s. Lines used to be around the block. It’s really a shame.

Yasmin in SF was really good, like very good Tabouleh also, and they are Syrian like you. Others that are good - Falafel Tazah in San Carlos, Med Wraps in Palo Alto. And there are many other good ones! You should solicit recs then publish the full list, there are many good places.
