Gary Merrill's soliloquy about the nature of the theater was very accurate and compelling.

Anne Baxter plays an amazing Eve. She developed her rol as a snake 🐍 in her egg, at the beginning of the plot until developed to a cobra.

Bette Davis played a wonderful Margot Channing, an actress who is already out of her prime on stage.

The final scene is amazing “What damage you did to others, I will do to you”

I am never tired of watching this movie
