Open up the Facebook page and go to the Facebook posts you have shared.
Click on the likes, loves etc, so the popup appears that will show you who liked or gave any kind of reactions

You will also see if they already liked your Facebook page or if you already have invited them to like the Facebook page.

If they don’t like your Facebook page yet, you can click on the ‘Invite’ button to invite them to like your Facebook page. And this works whether they are your friends on Facebook or not.

Now, the users who you invited will get a notification that tell them to like your Facebook page.

Ask People To Like Your Facebook Page From A Facebook Ad Post

You can also do this method to increase Facebook page like and follower count with any Facebook ad posts you have not shared on your Facebook page directly.

So if you want to invite people who liked, loved, gave a haha or angry reaction to any of your Facebook ads, then you would go to Facebook Business Manager, then open Ads Manager and open up the Facebook ad creatives one by one and invite any people who are not your friends to like your Facebook page.
