How to SPLIT STEREO into Two Separate MONO Tracks in Davinci Resolve 17

I spent a lot of time trying to find the Davinci Fairlight solution to easily splitting stereo tracks. You're the only one that answered this question for me. I just finished an audio project using Fairlight and Adobe Audition. The main reason for using Audition was to split stereo tracks with the push of a button. The stereo media in my project had the volume of one of the tracks consistently louder than the other. By bringing 26 clips into Audition to correct the stereo balance, I was able to work on each left & right track quickly and easily.

I'm using Davinci Resolve and Fairlight for processing my media content. Weening myself off Adobe Audition will take time, but I'm learning and practicing these processes in Fairlight and will hopefully get there eventually. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you!! Today I used my Rode shotgun mic on my A7riii. I used the -20db feature. This clip of yours helped me to isolate the right channel and turn it mono. Bless you!!

Thanks for keeping it short and to the point. I did a pluraleyes to Premiere to resolve and this is a fast way to de-stereo an edited Premiere stereo timeline too. Recommend you make a vid around that and you will get a lot of interest.
