Thank you so much for sharing Redefining school, my boys are loving it! We also love Outschool, my son is in a wildlife biology adventure class and has a blast. Technology is used pretty much daily for us, for various research/projects and my kids love coding, so I have instituted “Screen-Free Saturdays” to help us all unplug and have some rest.

The balance of tech no tech is so hard.

My kids each have their own iPads and tv’s in their rooms. They also each have a switch of their own. (My husbands idea😂)I don’t put a time limit on any of them. I do have rules on what they can watch and they always ask me first. I didn’t tell them they had to, they just do. All this to say they almost never watch television in their rooms and spend an average of about a couple hours a week on the switch. I found when I restricted it more they obsessed about it and actually spent more time on their devices. This wouldn’t work for everyone but it works for us! That’s why I love homeschooling. We each get to pick what works best for our families. Lots of great tips, thanks for sharing😊

Yes! Creation vs. consumption! That’s what I always ask my kids… not sure where I got that saying from!
