1. Eida (her powers dont work on Otsutsuki so kaguya would beat her, however she still has a power scaling above kaguya + we don't know some of her hidden abilities)

2. Kaguya Otsutsuki, Pretty obvious.

3. Sakura Uchiha (many feats from sakura hidan, her adult prime form is incredibly strong, we already know she surpassed Tsunade at a young age)

3. Mito Uzumaki (first 9 tails jinjurichi, Hashiramas wife so you know she can handle even his godly pounding, has a mark on her forehead presumably a 100 healings or something similar, and the fact that shes a full blooded Uzumaki)

4. Kushina Uzumaki, same reasons as mito but shes from a more peaceful era compared to Mito who is from warring states period.

5. Hinata Huyga, posseses the chakra of Hamura Otsutsuki, is a full blooded Huyga, defeated Hanabi Huyga despite not being active, decent chalra reserves, best byakugan user (until Himawari surpassess her)

In terms of potential Himawari, Sarada and Eida are likely to be top 3 by the end of the series.

To be honest i believe Sarada is already above Hinata in Timeskip however we haven't seen her MS ability yet in Chapter 1 of Boruto 2 Blue Vortex.

Himawari is probably gonna be broken as well due to Daemon saying she has power hidden within her.

As for Eida already top girl, but likely to be more powerful as we haven't seen her at her peak, and the fact that shes still hiding other powers.

Ada said she goof at taijutsu she said she is not as good in combat and yes delta stronger than sakura her laser has some strange capabilities like making the user to be unable to regenerate + her strength.
