I remember for a 4th grade project me and my group decided to make an automatic electric vegetable cutter. Probably not the best idea to give little kids knives and electricity, but we did it ourselves and it was really fun. Idk, this just reminded me of that. Thanks for reading.

I have this mandoline. It works really well. U don't actually have to push the veggies down. The design of it is it relies on gravity. The pusher is only for when the veggie gets short and needs some help. Also the knobs... once U use it abt 3 times is pretty easy to figure out without having to read the instructions every time. Also if you actually did it properly to dice. U have to put it through twice. I had a standard mandoline and it always hurts my wrists so I got this one which is safer and a lot less straining.

Once you start using it, you'll automatically remember the settings. It's an awesome gadget.
