Recently We have added a meme of Vadivelu singing Dheivame Dheivame for 4 secs in our last video. Saregama claimed the full earnings of that video. Almost similarly 10 to 12 videos of ours are affected by them! We can’t even do Videos with complete freedom nowadays!

From what I observed: 
American YouTubers ku ipdi oru prachana irukka mari therila.
Reasons: 
1. Music labels are not being that strict. 
2. Furthermore, it will take a lot of labor cost to actually hire someone to sit and watch Videos that keenly and find out "pallik*** sa****" being hummed by the creator. 
3. The economics won't be profitable for them to do that.
