I think your image would benefit from focusing on positive and educational subjects and staying away from criticism of any other food ideology, people, etc. You’re very smart and have a lot to offer. I came across your meat shop before discovering you on youtube while searching for grass-fed beef tendon, and was happy to find your shop (placing my first order this week!). And while I don't agree w/everything you say, you touch on topics that drove me to look deeper (wifi, seafood). What I'm trying to say is - keep up the good work! if you make physical trade with things they want or physical gold and silver the amish should give you better deal. Bank notes are a lot harder for them to deal with so they charge you more if thats what you offer
