reinstalling roblox may sometime work, but not always, i recommend this:

1: superkey(windowskey) + r
2: run will pop up
3: type in %temp%
4: just delete all of the files in there, if there are files that need admin perms DO NOT DELETE THEM.
5: enjoy, if you dont trust me do more research

I believe this happens when you have a bad gpu. If you have this glitch happen to you buy a new gpu.

EDIT: This is usually due to outdated graphics drivers, not the GPU as a whole. Make sure your drivers are fully up-to-date before doing this. Sorry if I mislead anyone by saying you need to buy a new GPU.
