Nancy and Jerome, this was very helpful. Something unique to me is you playing your meditative story three times. I've come to look forward to being able to relax into the experience knowing that I'll get to revisit it two more times. Each time allows for a clearer understanding -- as it applies to me. It also helps that both of you do the reading. For me it brings even more life to what I am hearing.. I've really been struggling with the Ukrainian invasion. As with COVID, it seems a 'whole world' experience. At the same time, synchronistically, today's The Guest House was immediately applicable to a relationship encounter that I had just before attending this session. Thanks so much to you both. Ken
