Why Target Failed In Canada

Here's a walk I did around a Target store in Warren, Michigan. Bright , clean, affordable. Target tried in Canada but failed miserably . Why? Messy stores, unhelpful staff, and nothing different than what Canadians can get in a Walmart. Try again Target. Bring some cool products Canadians can't get and let me train your staff. There. Done.

The hold backs are to hold curtains in place when you've opened them (am assuming thats what you ment by hold backs). You're my kinda guy....we can watch Star Wars all day long while admiring the memorabilia 😂

I live mid Wilshire in LA there is a target or a mini target every 4 blocks! It is INSANE!
But...I love Target too.

We just got a Target in Alaska about two years ago and I friggin love it! Only downside is it's a seven hr drive from me. Lol. Loved the Star Wars toys!!!

Target opened way too many stores at once . Taking over Sears locations was pricey, and the leases weren’t cheap . Chinook Centre in Calgary is some of the priciest square footage around . And renovation costs on top of that .
I knew they were in trouble when I started seeing empty shelf space in their stores . Was it like that in Ontario as well ? I do miss Target 😢 I also miss K Mart and Woolco 😢😢😢

Canada Target was trash but i got a laundry hamper that looked like a monkey for $5 i dont have it now but i did get some pretty good uses out of it though lol

A new Target is opening 10 mins from my house in Houston, TX. Traffic is awful here. I'll be there from now on. It might be a little more pricy, but save in fuel costs. I hate driving here. Loved your work!
