2022 BMW 520d M Sport Review: Still 'Sheer Driving Pleasure'?

The BMW 5 Series has long been my favorite executive saloon with its outstanding driving dynamics and understated styling.
The G30 is the seventh-generation 5 Series that has been around for quite some time, and for the 2022 model year there are some updates to freshen up the ageing saloon.
In Thailand the 5 Series lineup consists of just plug-in hybrid and diesel variants – the 530e Elite (Bt3,159,000), 530e M Sport (Bt3,699,000) and the 520d M Sport (Bt3,599,000) driven in this review.
