I’m confused about pouring boiling water over moringa leaves/ powder because I was told to add them to lukewarm water as boiling them would make it less effective. In fact I was advised never to dry the freshly picked leaves under direct sun, and instead to air dry them in the shade. Does it make any difference, please clarify. Thanks
