SpaceX’s Crew-9 “Freedom” Crew Dragon spacecraft, NASA astronauts Nick Hague, Butch Wilmore, Suni Williams and Roscosmos cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov (Александр Горбунов), was relocated from the forward-facing port to the space-facing port of the International Space Station’s Harmony module, on 3 November 2024. The relocation was performed in order to make way for the arrival of SpaceX’s CRS-31 Dragon cargo spacecraft, scheduled to launch no earlier than 4 November 2024. The “Freedom” Crew Dragon previously supported the Crew-4, Ax-2, and Ax-3 missions.

I imagine it has something to do with the Dragon Cargo being un-crewed.
