Hi, how do prefer this model compared to the Hyper Nut? Also listening to your review about it being locked-in as a quad, did you consider smaller rear fins to unlock the tail? The front and rears fins look same size of not similar. Thanks for great review!

Hi Reuben, I'm 91 kg, from the Netherlands (sloppy waves), intermediate (more or less), and currently using a Slingshot Rant 9.0x33. About to buy the Surf Slate 7.6 wood, but also looking into the Sunova Speed 8.8 or 9.2. I know you only tested the smaller versions of these boards, but I'm interested to know the differences. I'm under the impression that the Sunova is more of a longboard style SUP, while the Surf Slate would be more shortboard oriented. Like to comment on that? Cheers.

Great review. Someone is selling a secondhand JP 7'6 x 29 SURF SLATE and I was wondering can I cruise with it when there is no waves ?

honestly how come the audio is so quiet on your reviews? They would be much better if we could hear them without turning up the speakers full just to blow them when the next video loads :-(
