for the notificacions the way to solve the problem is going to notifications settings, change it to count and then back to List and thats it problem solve, works like a charm

To fix the icon, u have to unable the automatic light and dark mode, just choose 1 either light or dark

You don't need to reboot to get icons to refresh - you just have to be patient. I have over 300 apps on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it takes a minute and then they all refresh...
