Spam lover here. If you have sodium issues, Spam offers a Low Sodium 25% less and a Spam Lite that is about 50% less. If price is an issue the Off brands are almost as good but nothing will taste as good as the real Spam to me. I fry Spam with my eggs in the morning and don't salt the eggs. Thanks for the video.

I have tried both. By the time I "doctor" it up (mustard, cheese maybe pickles on sourdough bread), they both taste the same. LOL

i buy only generic stuff nearly in all cases. The GV luncheon meat is great and for nearly half the price of Spam, it's hard to beat, especially when you need to keep well stocked with food.

I like the Clover Leaf brand that they sell at the Dollar General Clover Valley luncheon meat
I think its as good as the SPAM and averages $2.50 a can

I carry Spam Singles in my sadle bag on the bike. With a couple little cheese cracker packs. Travel Spam and crackers have saved my Hangry self many times...lol

Spam is the only sterile meat I eat. I’m the only sterile meat the wife eats

I could not eat either one due to how salty they are. Spam is salty and WM brand has 200mg more of salt. If you slice it and boil it for 5 minutes then it will remove enough salt to make it palatable.
