If an employee presents a fake social security number and ID to his employer, there is really no way for them to know. Happens in all companies from the smallest shop to the largest multi-billion dollar corporations. Anyone that’s ever hired an employee knows this.

Federal law requires employers to accept employment eligibility papers no matter how suspect said papers may appear. This is why we need that wall now!
