I have a blue magnus
I purchase 9 months ago
Problem: -3times 10amps fuse lost
1 time dc converter lost
1 time motor sensors.
And barings lost
1 time front rim baring
Lost
Savings around 27000 km covered
I was save the pollution and save the petrol
And i dont have any regrets for buying magnus bike
It's a good choice for students and daily duty peoples ❤

I bought ampere magnus in June.. there is lot of trouble with this vehicle. While riding on upstream bike is not moving at all… I called service center for battery problem I got Very rude answers from them (Hyderabad)

Using magnus ex since September 2023.using for 7 months.. Worst service ever😢 High mode maximum mileage 65km/full charge. Continuous complaint on break. After subsidy rate 1, 17, 000₹ (go for it only if you have limited distance to travel on)

10 month ago i purchased 2 electric item 1.Ampere megnus cost of 1 lakh and a electric toy for my daughter cost of 100 only she is happly playing and i m dealing problem with costumer service.. which is v poor.. if company heigher post man M.D/ CEO reading this free feel to contact me..i can detail yhe issue and also advise for improvement

I purchased Ampere last year. Its sit got disconnected as hinge fiber broke.. In less than 7 months it broke. I am waiting for servicing to get it fixed free of cost as a manufacturing defect.

Also for Servicing Aims Italia is not picking up the bike from Thane Sub dealers from where I had purchased. I was promised servicing in their 2 outlets (other brand) in Thane.
For 2 times they have picked up but now it's been almost 2 months they are not doing it.

They don't ask for battery booket or provide any service record to us. They say it's their in their PC. So for claiming battery warranty in future this thing can create issue. Need solution.

Many users have reported the issue of substandard fiber used, but nothing happened.

See the video properly, after the speed breaker, scooter loses its balance as it's light in weight and same happens all the time. Scooter handle tilts on Right or Left beyond control.

next for ampere magnus pro scooty. i feel same and but i could not get it. i gave my scooty in may 1st week for battery replacement. but till today its is 7th july 2024 still not received my scooty. they r telling to submit to company warranty they took 40 days again after approval it gets 20 more days to replace my scooty

My Ampere reo li plus is 1 week old (bought on 16th Dec 2024), going through a lot if hurdles.
With 2024 upgrade 3 pin charging port in battery is removed, so if you don't have parking charge area option, we can remove battery but we can't charge inside home, battery has 2 pin port (Anderson) and charger has 3 pin (xlr), adaptor is not free, showroom guys charged 800rs and gave old Anderson cab soldered with another 3 pin port. They don't know the part number, i am personally calling each showroom for stock and its a very bad experience. Can anyone help me with the port pls. I have kids at home i don't want to take risk playing with soldered adaptor and taking advantage of the situation and charging 800rs for old cable is unacceptable.

Worst experience with Ampere.
With great hope, I purchased the Magnus EX a year ago. Within 6 months, I started facing issues — first with the charger, and then with the battery. I sent it in for servicing, and now it's been 6 months and I still haven’t received my bike back.

I feel like I’ve wasted my hard-earned money on this vehicle. I've contacted customer support over 30 times, and every time they just repeat the same line: “You will get your battery by next week.”

I’ve reached out to everyone I could — the service center, customer care — but no one has given me a satisfying response. I’m frustrated and disappointed to the core. I’ve completely lost faith in electric vehicles.

I chose an EV out of genuine concern for the environment, but in the end, I’m the one suffering. After this April, I won’t even be able to transport my vehicle anymore. I live in a very remote place in India, which makes transportation extremely difficult.

Even after countless calls and complaints, I haven’t received my bike.

This is my honest experience.
Guys, please think twice before purchasing an Ampere vehicle.

Don't buy this scooty bcz very poor service from dealer as well as mother co also parts are not available & batteries replacement is very very expensive

Dear friends, Ampere worst service by dealer, please don't buy 💯❌❌❌ Product build quality is also very worst. I am suffering for the past 2 months nearly. Battery problem, motor problem.

I also struggling lot since feb 4th. My vehicle is in service center still. Fault is not with dealer, it is with company only. So I am filling a case in consumer court through my brother senior central govt counsel against company 👍

Battery complaint occured at 12000km within 18 months. Given to service centre on jan 3 rd and today it is 26 jan still didn't get the vehicle back. Customer service is pathetic and the invok rides trivandrum is cheating customers...

Dont purchase this vehicle i given on 4th oct to motor issue still not yet resolved.

Today is 14 dec 2024 and false promises by customer care team and service person are very bad even management of higher authority also no response
