Hearing this saves me each time, my mother in law is such a chaotic mind and very manipulating , from her room to the kitchen habits, everyday in the morning I struggle to ignore everything she does but sometimes it just gets me ...it's very difficult, watching this it calms me down . We should get trained to handle inlaws ...no school for this.

I have been practicing Ho’oponopono for sometimes and listening to this makes me understand it better. So, when any negative thought or situation arises, by saying ho’oponopono prayer (regardless feel it or not), u actually neutralise that karma or as it says that shared memory from eons of life times since beginning of creation .
