From what I can tell -- and I noticed this is in the champ spotlight -- if Azir's ult hits terrain it stops moving and starts blocking there. What it looks like here is that J4 got stuck between two solders, who knock you back if you try to pass. So they knock J4 back and forth until there's no conflicting movement. Which, in this vid, is when he's dead.

A riven used her third Q on a ulting Azir, and it basically went like this: Riven flew into the air towards azir, and then went even higher into the air as she was pushed away. It was pretty cool, she got mad air.

It's a wall glitch. Minions can get you stuck to a wall some times

Not fully a bug, the wall is supposed to push you away and not let you pass. And Jarvan got pushed into a wall. Think of it like a 2.5 second stun. (still less than malz)
