The Alien King, also known as the "Monstrosity," is a rare and large Xenomorph variant primarily designed for combat rather than reproduction. Its specific role, believed to be that of a commander caste, overseeing and leading lesser Xenomorphs, remains shrouded in mystery, including the process of its creation and its exclusive presence in the largest hives.

Physically, Kings stand out with an elaborate head crest, tusk-like protrusions by their jaws, and a robust, rigid appearance compared to Queens. They lack ventral arms and boast corrosive acid-spitting abilities, large talon-like claws, and a piercing tail adorned with unique spines and barb-tipped structures on dorsal spines, distinguishing them from typical Xenomorphs.

Kings vary in size from slightly taller than Queens to towering giants. They exhibit remarkable regenerative abilities, especially when consuming foes, and are surprisingly agile despite their imposing stature.

Created by the Weyland Yutani Corporation, originally known as the Rogue Xenomorph became a part of the hive genome after it unsuccessfully tried to kill the Hive Mother on Xenomorph Prime.
The Rogue Xenomorph successful killed many Praetorians and a few Queens before being ganged up on by some Empress' and ended by the Mother.
She saw potential in this mutation and absorbed its dna sequence so the Hive as a whole could create it.
People seriously underestimate jus how crazy the Xenos are.

This was only touched in a comic. And the king was a genetically modified xeno that was made to kill queens. It died because it used more brute strength instead of wits and was whittle down by the queen before being killed.

Alien kings were made by humans to combat aliens that overtook earth I basically went around killing others xenos until it tried to fight a queen and lost to its massive size the queen out class it in speed and killed it when the king trier itself out

Honestly, I always like the concept of the King. Almost like when hives get so big that hives have their own little hives at the primary Hive would maybe like evolve praetorians into like a queen-size xenomorph but they're not Queens. They're just like that gigantic and they're used for like Royal guard defense and Frontline assaults

the overall design of xenomorphs makes me wonder about the other species on their origin planet. the evolution must be crazy for them to be this ridiculously unstoppable.

Imagine the respect a predator Warrior would get taken down a king Xenomorph the amount of respect that you would earn as a predator Warrior they would probably declare you the new emperor no matter what planet you were originally from

I would love to see them in a movie. Altrough a new movie came out recently, I doubt we see them there. Maybe in the future, I hope for it. Alien connected movies are always more than welcome, it's one of my favourite movie franchises.
