An native Australian made me a digeridoo over the four months a spent in Australia with the Aussie military on a swap. He made it four foot long and dot painted. It’s beautiful. He asked for 50 bucks for all that effort, it even has wild bee wax on the mouth piece. I gave him 400 for it. Worth every penny. Cheers Frank, hope you read this one day.

"Izat yoo Idgeri'oo Lade !?"
I can never unsee the face of Demoman after him saying that.

I hope this guy can visit Schools and share the knowledge with young minds, you never know what those seeds of knowledge will reap 20 years from now.

God, I love technical explanations like this. I hate it when people filter themselves over politics or anything like that, this shows a pride in origin- and a knowledge that I can fully respect. It's enough to peak my own curiosity in the culture they are trying to represent. Thank you, I will try to learn more about aboriginal culture in my lifetime, and I hope this person receives as much blessing as they want for them to be happy.

Sometimes, the algorithms deliver an unexpected nugget of pure gold. This is one of those times, felt like a quick masterclass on the basics, good stuff!

This is brilliant. We should know these things. I had no idea didgeridoo came from a Scottish word.

I’m 35 now and I remember when the tribal aboriginals would come around to all the schools doing a show and it was the one time all us kids would sit down listen and enjoy it, aboriginal culture is awesome, I might be biased as I’m a Aussie, but still it’s the best in the world 😉

I am a huuuuge fan of the healing sounds of the Digeridoo and this is the best ever explanation I have come across re: how its made, and the different sounds that can be produced not to mention... the circular and diaphragmatic breathing that reveals a " true mastery " over the breathing techniques that is totally spectacular in my books!! You make this Instrument rock man Thank you for enlightening me to what mastery is and for making my day! I feel like I've struck gold on this demo. Take a bow mate...you are! 🥰🙏
