When I was in sixth grade back in 1986 my parents almost kicked me out of our home because I saved money and bought this tape! I was under the impression that they never performed this song for 37 years up untill now!!! What an amazing performance!

I’ve recently decided this is my favourite Maiden album . I admit I haven’t seen them live in the last few years ( I once did three nights at Hammersmith Odean and one at Wembley Arena on the 7th Son tour ) . I love somewhere in time the entire album just got it right the speed the guitar harmonies so many hooks and just well written.

Bruce sounds better now (live wise) than he did in the 85-88 tours. For a 65 year old man who had throat cancer he sings so damn good. Seeing them nov 8th and words can’t describe how excited I am.

Listened to Number of the Beast album when it came out, I was 12 and I was hooked! Somewhere in Time is probably their pinnacle album and never gets old, not a bad song on that entire album! They've been a staple in my life now for over 40 years! Up the Irons!
