The future of guitar pedals? Source Audio One Series L.A. LADY & KINGMAKER
Показать описание
In this episode of Vox Friendly Pedals, we are looking at two offerings from Source Audio, the Kingmaker Fuzz and the L.A. Lady Overdrive pedals. Now, the concept behind these pedals is very interesting: the L.A. Lady and Kingmaker, as well as the After Shock, are essentially all the same pedals. They have different names and different paint jobs, but they are exactly the same.
The reasoning behind this is that Source Audio ships each pedal out with three presets, the L.A. Lady has the Smooth (TS9), the crunch (tube overdrive) and Classic (Marshall in a box) as it's stock preset. The Kingmaker has the Octavia, Normal (fuzz face) and Heavy (Big Muff Pie).
The interesting thing is that you can load any preset you want to either pedals. You could upload the same presets from the Kingmaker to the L.A. Lady and vice versa. In fact, via the Neuro App, you have access to over 50+ presets from the Factory, as well as many others made by members of the Source Audio community.
We'll be exploring some of these pedals capabilities, from bass, stereo rig to the Rat II and Fulltone OCD emulations.
