Last year I had sore palms and hands. Suddenly it came to me to use coconut oil after I had tried other remedies and what a relief! It was so soothing on my dry hands and it's healing too. God's natural creation. Thanks for sharing 👍

I use coconut oil too as it really moisturizes. Also, castor oil is great too. Just a little thick and a bit sticky initially but over night it gets absorbed into the skin and your dry hand will heal overnight AND have a younger looking skin in the morning. Coconut oil & Castor oils are my top favorites

I love everything this doc has to say! But I’m just sharing my two cents worth, organic black Jamaican castor oil. Cannot be beat for moisturizing and hydration. It even gets rid of creepy skin, within a month of applying daily. Much love
