My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.

"Don't stop when you're tired, stop when you're done." My Dad used to say, "I'll sleep when I'm dead." Now though, he sleeps a lot more than he used to. Which is ok, because he used to be a workaholic, and me and my siblings are also like that. Only thing for me, is that I have to work like my disability doesn't bother me. God seems to let me, so that's a grace. Thank you, Father Mike.

Love the message about the importance of rest for being excellent. Great examples of Olympics and how all players rest. Also, how rest is recommended by God and it is a sign of all of us being free and like God. Learn to rest and not quit. We must indeed do something for joy at least once a week so that we can continue to be energized and motivated to do our daily work. Thank you so much for motivating us and reminding us, Fr. so needed today, dad's caregiver and full time job outside house. Trying to get rid of the night sitter to save money to pay for day caregivers. So yes I am tired, been up 8 times last night.
