This man’s knowledge of history especially the Middle Eastern- Arab one is definitely respectable. It takes a genius to keep up with the names of Arab States throughout the Islamic history! From Abbasid state to Ayyubid to others like the Fatimid and Umayyad and the list goes on! He’s familiar with the rulers of each group individually and their role of impact not just their names. It’s not very simple to remember or memorise Arabic names alone.. Arabic scholars and historians often fail to have such a comprehensive grasp.. I haven’t even mentioned the rest of the world and its empires and civilisation from ancient times to modern day. The combination of passion and knowledge that you have sir is extraordinary.

It is believed that sharbats originated in Iran (Persia).
Several syrups are listed in the 11th-century Canon of Medicine by Persian writer Ibn Sīnā.
In the 12th century, Persian book of Zakhireye Khwarazmshahi, Gorgani describes different types of Sharbats in Iran, including Ghoore, Anar, Sekanjebin, etc.
