Hey! This is my pair. It's crazy how many details you can get right by studying a pair of pants and you nailed it. In my early 20s I was pretty poor so I tried my best to always mend new tears as they formed. It was really cool to see you share this video about my pants, thank you so much!

Thoughly enjoyed that tour of the worn jeans. I love to see clothes that someone really enjoyed.

Cycling really does chew up jeans, nice fades

I like the front pocket fades on black jeans.
I've got an other brand pair of jeans which I extended, the ends were getting tatty so I raw hemmed them, after a while I felt they were too short so I added the ends of another pair of the same jeans, but different colour!

Insane the seat is basically destroyed but the knees look perfect aside from the fading.

Great fade. Really torn up pair of jeans

verdigris patina on the buttons and rivets must be from sweat buildup during long hours of cycling

These look awesome. I'm definitely going into a black jean era. Next couple jeans are likely going to be in this realm. I've got plenty of indigo.

Iron oxidation is called rust. Patina is an okay word to use for brass and copper oxidation. I'm sorry I haven't been around in a while. I'm trying to stay away from the channel because I have no money, and it makes me upset cause I'll want everything. I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to get the yagasuri in true guy and type 3 jacket when it came out. I actually thought it would have been sooner because of the weight, but I know it's more so based on when it's ready. I haven't even looked at the selection available yet cause I don't wanna get upset, lol. I'm just waiting for this job to start and I'll be back to making some great money. I really want the 21oz all black jeans from UB. I love that you made the rise higher on the straight fit and the tapered fit. Please update all the fabric fits. Id buy the regular taper fit more if it was at least 11.5 rise for a 32" waist, usually a tag 30 in tapered fit. I always had to go with the relaxed taper fit, but it's only 32" inseam or less, and my 22oz big slub jeans shrunk to like 29.5" inseam in just 2 cold washes. So I can only wear them with boots or they flood pretty badly. I need 32" in that fit or easy guy to be able to fit in the legs without a cuff. A weird guy, I could do like a 30.5" inseam. I'm finding that it depends on the fit for the amount of inseam I usually need. Next time I wash the 22oz big slub, I'm gonna yank as hard as I can while they're wet. Then I'll get to shrink my KoS 2s... oh yeah, I have those on deck, too. I'm actually in the process of trying to sell the jeans that don't fit me correctly. I have 45 pairs now. I went a little overboard when I was working 6-10s in Indiana, lol.

You probably don't miss my long ass comments..😅
