Transformers Siege Ironhide and Prowl Hasbro Deluxe War for Cybertron Action Figure Review

My plummet down the rabbit hold of Hasbro's Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege line continues with Ironhude and Prowl. I mean, I've also gotten a few others, but these two are the latest. But not the last. Dang it, Hasbro, quit taking all of my money!

Great review Robo! Yeah I'm definitely digging this Siege line! Funny enough The Goldbergs episode where he watches the Transformers movie and freaks out when Optimus Prime dies was on last night, lol. "When are we gonna start bustin' Decepti-chops?" lol.

Honestly, hearing someone else who cares for forward and back instead of tilt like I do is really refreshing. I actually asked a Facebook group what they preferred and it was unanimously tilt and not rocker. I think you get more dynamic poses with rockers.

Robo, I am that G-1 guy who also loves MP. I only collect the Hasbro trilogy figures to augment my MP collection. MP Prowl is definitely the better solid G-1 Bot version.
Therefore, I passed on WFC Prowl.
Thanks for the information and confirming my thoughts I had seeing it in stores. Thanks also for the TF tutorial. As a kid I played with these and the concept of 2 toys for 1 was amazing. As a 47 yr old kid, I just leave them in robot mode, Robo. I collect figures, not trains, planes&automobiles. 😆

Great review, dude. I've been the same way with this line getting the ones most familiar, but they are pretty awesome. And, man, we both got to stroll through that Hasbro Showroom, that Siege display with Jetfire and Omega Supreme, sheeeesh. Yeah, gotta have that on display here.

chromia is one of the female autobots introduced in the episode where they returned to cybertron to help them out. she is part of the original gen one cartoons.

You at least have to get a sixgun to go with Iron Hide haha!Ripping sixgun apart and throwing his massive amounts of weapons on Iron Hide just looks so right and cool. Especially if you have a Cog to throw in the mix too.But for display purposes, I still keep all my bots and cons how they're "supposed" to look for the most part. But because of cog and sixgun I find myself hitting that Siege shelf a lot and setting up some fun scenes using those weaponizers to make Optimus, Sideswipe,  or Iron Hide look like walking gun turrets.

I'm not gonna lie I told myself I'd only get Megatron and iron hide...I now have soundwave, sideswipe, and hound for my "WFC/FOC-ish" line lol

Its without a doubt the best mainline TF brand in over a decade in design, quality, paint over cheap stickers, expandability and scope of who&what they can include, more than makes up 4 potp/titans return/combiner wars, HailHasbro indeed officially now "big brother" in that Lex Luthor way...

Definitely check out the Chromia figure. I wasn't that familiar with her either and it ended up being one of my favorites from the line!
