I have a very hugely dining table. Is it OK to cover it with a nice tablecloth for showings? I would have the table set with dishes, cloth napkins etc. My husband is a no staging person.

better Reno your old kitchen and see through the cheaping out tactic and it makes them ready if you are in a competitive market. Also have professionals paint and stage your home....most people don't have any idea how off putting their furniture or taste is to buyers.
