How can a 3 minute talk give more helpful info than what we've heard in a lifetime? Thank you.

So crazy! I've had a desire for black tea so I bought a ton of it. I drink about 3 cups a day and have flushed so much water out of my system. I have a severe case of edema with seriously swollen feet, legs and ankles. Its been this way for about 8 years. Now, my legs look almost normal!

Dr. Eric, your talks are so much more than any office visits I have ever encountered! Most times is a long wait in the waiting room, then a speedy in and out of the doctor's visit. It's sort of like running cattle through the inspection process! Thanks for your comprehensive explanation of what is going on.😇

I am doing all these plus more for my dog that after a biopsy cancer spread so quick he was skin and bones, he has gone blind, am washing his eyes with green tea and giving him Tiphala powder in his sardines food with krill for his eyes, he has swollen legs so am making him ginger cinnamon and curcmin tea, he also gets reshi tea, and diluted iodine for the 3 lumps on his throat, I have started vit b1 on odd days and tomorrow will get him melin and coconut he likes those. I am keeping a diary of everything I give him, so far with the black seed cumin oil, ivermectin fenbenzadol and greens he is much better and not wasting away albeit still a long way to go BUT he us eating and asking to go pee so he is not giving up nor will I.

Dandelion leaves definitely make you urinate a lot. It works fast as well. I boil it with ginger as a tea or blend it in a keto smoothie.

My father recently has been diagnosed with CHF. He gets water build up and his doctors put him on a daily diuretic. However he’s worried about it damaging his kidneys. Recently he picked up a natural supplement which has many of these herbs and vitamin B1 as well. After just taking two tablets he did not need the diuretic for 7 days. His weight was stable during that period. He’s much happier if he just takes a pill once a week as opposed to needing the diuretic everyday. Plus I don’t believe these herbs will damage his body whereas the medicine will.

unsweetened black tea is really king! I like the Pure Leaf brand during prolonged water/drink-only fasts.

PSA: I have patients whose kidneys failed after they were given prescription diuretics. Herbal diuretics are probably much more safer than the prescription.

Did an angry pharmacist 'thumbs down' this video? The more natural herbs you use, the better you will feel. Dr. Berg, you are truly a God send. Thank you, so much, for helping those who are in need... and a great big hug to you!💝💝 Thumbs up!

I just read that Hawthorne berry is a diuretic. I get here and it is not on the whiteboard. Then I see a picture that is named uva ursi. This looks like hawthorne berry. BUT it is Bearberry.
