IRDAI artificially just amending the rule which will bring zero changes in the ground situation.

Is hospital administration sensitised enough to implement this rule?
Even after making them aware of this rule, they'll do whatever they want to do.

In ideal case, there should be an IRDAI official in the hospital, who should be contacted in violation of these rules.

Asa kuch nehi hota rule dikaogi to aur bhi musibat hoga kaha complain karogi police station wo nehi sunega fir kya karogi court utne din me patient dead ho jayega

Wrong information.

Insurance company sends the updated bill to hospital by showing how much Insured amount they'll cover in the bill.. which takes time.

In meantime, hospital do not and can not include any additional bills or expenses !!!

Please don’t provide wrong information, according to IRDAI Master Circular, Insurance company shall beat the additional cost whatever arises due to delay in approval, it is due to your wrong information disagreement between patient and hospital happens, please don’t fool public.
