Don't forget to check the grease on the new spindle, many come without grease.

My spindles don't have a grease fitting, I have a Z254F. My mower is brand new. Bought it at Lowes. Any idea why my spindles would only have the threaded part but no zerk fitting?

I have this same mower, and I've noticed the grease fitting is gone from 2 of the spindels. Could the be replaced or does the whole spindel need replaced?
