Angelina sings this divinely delightful, superbly smoothly soothing. I agree she can go and will go any direction with her voice at any time which makes it captivating. Also her playing with rhythm and pauses makes it exciting. The melody is pretty easy. I agree with the cheerful with the smiling sadness feeling she gives. Thanks!

She just doesn't over sing a song. She's a master of matching a mood to the lyrics and having the vocal control to bring a song alive. She makes it all about the song. Where others need to show how great a singer they are and add something into the song that doesn't match up.

Great reaction. You seem to notice exactly the details that make Angelina's singing so special. The musicality, the beauty, the good taste in interpretation ... incredible! Cole Porter deliberately changed the chords from minor to major, opposite from the text there! Just for fun! One of her specialties is how she deals with breaks in the sentence (self chosen) without breaking the attention line. A story telling skill!

One can not watch this without being absorbed into Angelina's spell. Like so many of her songs, when you watch it again a month later, it grabs you all over again. Month after month, the same thing. She's an adorable freak of nature with a voice that pierces every cell of your body.
